The room was spacious and included a heater and sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. the location is fantastic, conveniently situated near Geelong, Barwon Heads, and the Great Ocean Road, making it easy to explore. It's a peaceful area, with a supermarket nearby.

The rooms are spacious and very well furnished with the heater, large shower plus chocolates and the staff are polite. There is a huge variety of lovely food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect, just off shops and cafes of Belmont.

I was particularly impressed by the cancellation policy. There was a chance that the workshop I was attending, might be cancelled. It had happened once before. It was close to where I needed to be for the workshop. It suited me perfectly and very affordable.

Barry foster the owner was a wank pot and steriotypical old man, was complete unfair and rude! This hotel does not suit anyone the age over 50 as he thinks you will just cause trouble!

Lovely dishes.
Budget hotel in a peaceful area right by centre of town and a quiet neighbourhood to shops and eateries and Geelong, Bellerine and Great Ocean Road. Spotless rooms with large shower and chocolates, as example, really great stay! Paid US$ 194. Marvellous and unbeatable location - within walking distance of Belmont Village...
